A scientific home for the global sugar industry

Established in 2004, IAPSIT is a non-profit scientific association committed to profitable and sustainable development of the sugar and integrated industries in developing countries encompassing agricultural, industrial, environmental and socio-economic concerns through sharing of scientific knowledge and technological advancement.

From breeding programs and precision agriculture to milling innovation and bio-based diversification, IAPSIT builds the bridges — between scientists, industry and policy — that keep the global sugar sector resilient and forward-looking.
